Autope is the only private institution authorized to issue Delhi Metro Smart Cards other than the DMRC itself. Autope Auto Top-up Smart Cards have a unique functionality; as and when the value on the smart card falls below Rs. 100, a top-up of Rs. 200 gets initiated automatically at the AFC gate itself. Subsequently, the Bank/ Card/ UPI account linked to the card gets charged.
Autope also offers a monthly payment cycle for selective users based on their credit history, in turn converting the prepaid model to post-paid.
